This mural was designed to celebrate and highlight the history and heritage of Mill Run, a local stream whose confluence with French Creek led David Mead to lay the foundation for Meadville’s development in 1788. Key phrases and information about Mill Run are integrated into the mural design, which spans 67’ along the back of the Lawrence Building. A multi-media component is in development outlining Mill Run’s history and can be found here.
